• Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced free of charge.
